WHY ARE WE GOING THERE?
Imagine waking up on an island in the Mediterranean, the sun gently warming your skin, the sea glistening as if you’ve stepped into a turquoise dream. You breathe in the air, rich with the scent of pine trees and herbs, and feel your body slowly relax. Sardinia is one of the world’s Blue Zones, a place where people live longer, more peacefully, and much more in tune with themselves. And we’re creating just such a week for you—warm, natural, and gentle.
Day 1 (May 2)
We begin our journey with a transfer that takes us all to a villa located in a quiet, secluded valley with incredible views. Warm welcome tea, hugs from new friends, and an open circle with metaphorical cards help us settle into the retreat space and feel like part of our little community. An evening of gentle practice brings the body back to a state of calm, while a light dinner and our first night’s sleep in Sardinia provide a sense of comfort and a smooth, natural transition into rest.
Day 2 (May 3)
The new day begins with an energetic flow: breathing, movement, rhythm—things that awaken us without overwhelming us. In the morning, we enjoy breakfast prepared by our personal chef. After breakfast, we dive into a conversation about the Sardinian path to longevity: rituals, diet, and pace of life. Next, time just for you: the sea, the sun, walks. In the evening, restorative yoga and yoga nidra calm the nervous system and prepare you for deep sleep.
Day 3 (May 4)
On this day, we head to the heart of the island—to the mountains and small villages where Sardinia’s centenarians live. Morning breathing and movement help the body wake up before the journey. In the villages, we’ll explore local traditions, taste Cannonau, Carasau, and the herbs used here to treat literally everything. In the evening—a gentle practice and a warm circle where we’ll share our impressions of this simple, authentic world.
Day 4 (May 5)
This day is about the body as a foundation. A morning practice focusing on the legs, core, and pelvis gives a sense of strength and stability. After breakfast, we set off on a coastal walk—a stroll along the shore, very much in the Blue Zone style: steady steps, calm breathing, presence in the moment. Next—the sea, relaxation, a spa, or simply some time for yourself. The evening circle gently leads to inner clarity.
Day 5 (May 6)
Morning movement prepares the body, and after breakfast we immerse ourselves in half a day of silence. This is a digital and social detox, when you literally hear yourself. There is time for journaling, working with intentions, and inner dialogues. Toward evening—Mana Movement, a dance meditation that opens up inner space and gently resets the emotional system. A very profound day.
Day 6 (May 7)
This morning’s experience is “Return to Self” blind yoga: a practice that restores trust in the body and sensitivity. Then, time for the sea, photos, walks, and the last rays of sunshine. In the evening—a final circle where we integrate the week, form a personal intention, and close our shared journey. We wrap it all up with a farewell dinner from the chef—warm, heartfelt, and with a sense of fulfillment.
Day 7 (May 8)
The final morning flow—gentle, like a caress for the body before the journey home. Breakfast, hugs, the transfer, and the return home with a sense of stability, peace, and a very gentle reset.
HIDDEN CHAPTER OF THE RETREAT
Every day, our yoga instructor Olena will lead yoga sessions, as well as special breathing and self-reflection sessions designed to help you connect with yourself and truly feel your body. In addition, we’ll have a day of complete social detox—no phones, social media, or any unnecessary noise—when you can fully listen to yourself and the peace around you. All practices will be adapted to the group’s energy. And the space for rest is just as important a part of the program as yoga.

Absolutely. Many girls join our trips on their own, and that’s one of the most beautiful parts of it.
You don’t need to bring a friend to feel comfortable here. From the moment the trip begins, you’re surrounded by women who came for the same reason as you: to see the world, breathe out, and share the experience with people who just get it.
You’ll have space to be social, space to recharge, and usually at least one new friend by the end of the trip. Sometimes more. Humans do occasionally manage something lovely.
