Day 1 (August 3) — BOGOTÁ

Welcome to the heart of Colombia! Today begins our shared adventure in this incredible country of contrasts.

Meeting at Bogotá airport, followed by a group transfer (30–45 minutes) to a cozy 4* boutique hotel. After check-in and some rest, we head out for an evening walk to feel the atmosphere of Bogotá, meet the first Colombian smiles, and adapt to the new altitude.

We will finish the day with dinner at a stylish Colombian cuisine restaurant, where we’ll get to know each other and celebrate the beginning of our journey. Here you will experience the true taste of Colombia for the first time — and trust us, it has plenty to surprise you with!

Day 2 (August 4) — BOGOTÁ: CITY OF CONTRASTS

We begin the day with a traditional Colombian breakfast: hot chocolate with cheese (yes, you read that right!) and fresh bread — a local culinary tradition that will probably become your tradition too.

Our day will be as vibrant and colorful as Colombia’s capital itself:

We’ll dive into the historic La Candelaria district with a local guide — a neighborhood of colonial architecture, colorful houses, and cobblestone streets. Then we take the funicular up to Mount Monserrate (3,152 m), where a breathtaking WOW panorama of the city opens before us and Bogotá seems endless.

We’ll also visit the exhibition of famous Colombian artist Fernando Botero, whose sculptures with “curvy” figures have become a symbol of the country.

For lunch, we’ll stop at the legendary La Puerta Falsa, open since 1816, where we’ll try the traditional ajiaco soup with chicken, corn, and three types of potatoes. Comfort food at its Colombian finest.

We’ll end the day at Bolívar Square — the heart of Colombia’s political and historical life. This is the perfect place for unforgettable photos, followed by a glass of wine and the chance to immerse yourself in Bogotá’s evening Latin rhythm.

Day 3 (August 5) — THE COFFEE CAPITAL: SALENTO

Today we travel to the very heart of Colombia’s coffee region.

After a short flight from Bogotá to Pereira (approximately 1 hour), we transfer to a comfortable minibus and continue to the charming town of Salento. This colonial town, surrounded by emerald-green mountains, colorful houses, and an atmosphere of complete tranquility, will become our home for the next few days.

We’ll stay in an eco-hotel surrounded by lush greenery. Colombia’s nature truly feels like the lungs of the planet — so fresh and vibrant.

After some rest, we’ll walk through Salento’s colorful streets and climb to a viewpoint overlooking coffee plantations and mountain ranges.

The evening ends with a tasting dinner featuring local trout in creamy shrimp sauce and other regional delicacies grown and produced in this area.

Day 4 (August 6) — COCORA VALLEY & COFFEE PLANTATIONS

We wake up early to catch the best light for photos and hop into traditional Willys jeeps (the iconic transport of the coffee region) heading toward the famous Cocora Valley — home to the tallest palm trees in the world (up to 80 meters high), looking like giant green arrows reaching into the sky.

During an easy hike through the valley, we’ll capture unforgettable photos among clouds and palms. This is one of those places where you truly feel the grandeur of Colombian nature.

Lunch will be served with panoramic valley views while enjoying dishes made with local ingredients.

After lunch comes the most aromatic part of the day: visiting a real coffee finca (farm), where we’ll learn all the secrets behind growing and processing Colombia’s world-famous coffee.

We’ll walk through the plantations, pick coffee berries with our own hands, and join a fresh coffee tasting masterclass on the plantation terrace.

This is where you’ll finally understand why Colombian coffee is considered one of the best in the world.

Day 5 (August 7) — MEDELLÍN

Today we say goodbye to the coffee region and travel to Medellín — the city of innovation and transformation, famous for its “eternal spring” climate and unique energy.

After a short flight (35 minutes) and transfer to the hotel, we check into a modern hotel in the trendy El Poblado district — Colombia’s version of Soho.

After some rest, we’ll explore the city center:

• Berrío Park — the heart of Medellín where all layers of society meet.
• Botero Square with sculptures by the famous artist Fernando Botero, born in Medellín.

The evening will be spent in El Poblado — full of great restaurants, lively bars, and local designer shops. Here you’ll feel the pulse of modern Colombia and see how the city’s stylish youth spend their evenings.

Day 6 (August 8) — MEDELLÍN

Today we witness Medellín’s incredible transformation — from one of the most dangerous cities in the world to an innovative cultural hub and tourist gem.

Using the city’s unique transportation system (metro and cable cars), we’ll experience Medellín from different perspectives.

The highlight of the day is a guided tour of the famous Comuna 13. Once considered the city’s most dangerous district, today it is a vibrant center of street art and creative expression.

We’ll ride the outdoor escalators of Comuna 13, built for local residents and now a symbol of social change. The Metrocable will provide spectacular bird’s-eye views of the city.

We’ll also visit one of Pablo Escobar’s houses and filming locations from the series “Narcos” to better understand Colombia’s complex history and how far the country has come.

And finally — it’s time to dance BACHATA!

Of course we couldn’t leave Latin America without adding a dance lesson to our adventure. We’ll dance, laugh, and fully embrace the rhythms of Latin culture.

Day 7 (August 9) — GUATAPÉ

Today promises to be one of the brightest highlights of our journey.

We travel to the picturesque Guatapé region, often called the “Colombian Switzerland” thanks to its stunning landscapes: blue reservoirs, green islands, and colorful houses.

Our adventure begins with climbing the famous El Peñol Rock (La Piedra del Peñol) — a massive monolithic rock standing 220 meters tall, reached by climbing 659 steps.

But trust us — the view is worth every step: endless turquoise lakes, tiny islands, and unforgettable horizons. Prepare your phones — there will be lots of photos.

Afterward, we’ll stroll through Guatapé’s charming streets. Every house here is decorated with colorful “zócalos” — artistic panels telling stories of families, traditions, and dreams.

For those wanting even more excitement, there will be an optional helicopter flight over the region — 15–20 unforgettable minutes that will become lifelong memories. We’ll gladly help arrange everything in advance.

Day 8 (August 10) — CARTAGENA

Today we leave the mountains behind and fly to the Caribbean coast.

After a short flight (around 1 hour), we arrive in Cartagena — Colombia’s most romantic city.

We check into a cozy boutique hotel in the heart of the historic center, where every building looks like a postcard with colorful facades and bougainvillea-covered balconies.

We begin with a guided city tour:

• wandering through vibrant streets,
• visiting Bolívar Square,
• exploring the historic San Pedro Claver Cathedral.

Then we head up to La Popa Hill for panoramic views of Cartagena: the old city, the ocean, and modern skyscrapers.

And in the evening — the best part: Getsemaní district.

Music plays on every corner, people dance in the streets, laugh, and truly live life to the fullest.

We’ll end the day on a rooftop with a glass of wine, incredible views, and long heartfelt conversations.

Day 9 (August 11) — CARTAGENA

Our final day is dedicated entirely to relaxation.

In the morning we head to a paradise beach on Barú Island, not far from Cartagena.

White sand, crystal-clear water, a hammock under palm trees, and a кокtail served in a coconut — what more could you want for the perfect ending to the journey?

We’ll swim, sunbathe, enjoy fresh seafood right on the beach, snorkel among coral reefs, and simply enjoy the moment.

Day 10 (August 12) — FLIGHT HOME

Today it’s time to say goodbye to Colombia.

We’ll have breakfast, share hugs, and pick up the last souvenirs. Did everyone buy coffee to take home?

Colombia, you were incredible — vibrant, emotional, unforgettable.
